GreenLiFE® Batteries carry a One (1) Year Warranty. Our warranty policy includes a 1-year full product replacement and a 6-month pro-rated product warranty. Please contact the retail facility where you placed the order in the unlikely event you have a failure with one of our products. If you placed the order from GreenLiFEBattery.com or Amazon.com, you must register your product order with the GreenLiFE Battery Sales Team to qualify by emailing email@example.com - attaching your order confirmation page/reciept. Amazon.com also offers Protection Plans available from a 3rd Party carrier. The GreenLiFE Battery One (1) Year Warranty can also be upgraded to 3 and 5 years by purchasing an extended period policy with our Sales Agents.
GreenLiFE® is not obligated to warranty any of the products we carry under any of the following conditions:
- Product being opened or being tampered with.
- Any mishandling of the product once in owners possession.
- Any water damage done to any product that is not water resistant or waterproof.
- Any damaged caused to the product from incorrect usage in applications.
- Product being damaged from incorrect practices such as charging in cold temperatures, improper connections on terminals, under/over charging of products' specifications.

GreenLiFE® products are shipped by United Nations Department of Transportation regulations. Because lithium ion batteries can only be shipped by certified hazmat shippers, We have a zero return policy from the time you place your order.
From time to time we encounter gaps in inventory. Below is information about how we handle items that are on backorder.
Some items may not be readily available or must prepared at our factory. Within 24 hours after you place your order we will notify you by email if the item is on back order and provide you with the expected ship date, If the products have not yet shipped you can cancel your order anytime. Production delays do happen, We apologize in advance and will do everything to help you get your products as soon as possible.
GreenLiFE® products can only be shipped by approved and certified hazmat shippers. We have a zero return policy form the time you place your order. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturers defects and provide a limited lifetime warranty guaranteeing our products to be free of manufacturer's defects. GreenLiFE® products meet the safety standards required to ship large lithium ion batteries by air. Our products can be shipped by common carriers like FedEx, UPS and DHL either by express or overnight. Because of the issues related to fires with other lithium batteries, Airlines have become increasingly cautious about accepting large Lithium batteries. Rest assured that GreenLiFE® products are safe and non hazardous, but must ship within the regulations and safety standards for all types of lithium batteries. Our knowledgeable shipping departments ship thousands of Lithium Ion batteries worldwide every year.
